Starting today 1-03-2012 we are resuming our classes back at Norwood Elementary School in the Gym!!!!!

On September 10 th 2011 Stellar Fights 5 was held at the Quillen Arena in Harrington Delaware as a 9/11 tribute to the troops. Many great bouts took place this evening that included several Maryland fighters from various gyms, but Practical MMA’s very own Sean Kelly and Adam Rabuck stole the show. Sean kelly fought Joe Lilly of Twin Impact MA and defeated him with vicious and powerful strikes from standing position which lead to referee stoppage at 1:01 of round 1, this also earned Kelly the KO of the night award. Adam Rabuck fought Ryan Long of Olympia Fight Club and earned the Stellar Fights fastest finish in just 0:25 seconds in round 1. Rabuck landed a solid body punch which lead to a quick take down and without hesitation pulled a rear naked choke that caused Long to pass completely out. This also earned Rabuck the submission of the night award. Congratulations to both these guys and look for them to fight again soon!
